Job Description

As an engineering company focused on energy efficient technology and data optimization, we are working on mining environmental engineering projects that will reduce water usage, limit CO2 emissions, and potentially eliminate acid mine drainage. We are looking to leverage our senior leadership team's experience, accelerate our projects, improve the environment, create sustainable jobs, and train the next generation of technical experts.

Duties and Responsibilities

The new employee will be responsible for:

- Preparing energy balances for equipment and various potential flowsheet configurations

- Tracking heat and electricity within energy balances

- Assessing CO2 reductions

- Development of predictive algorithms for extraction systems to assist in reducing CO2

- Optimizing data for energy efficient grinding technology

The intern will gain experience in green energy technologies, energy efficiency calculations, and environmental technical research.

Applicants Must:

Have a degree in Engineering.

Be able to work out of the company's Surrey BC office

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $51,085.48 per year
