Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating an encapsulating machine. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Machine Operator will be responsible for producing high-quality parts while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery such as encapsulating machine. Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers, to verify dimensions of finished products. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards of output. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient materials handling and packaging processes. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment in compliance with company policies. Assist in the setup of tooling and fixtures for various machining operations as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic math calculations related to measurements and tolerances. Previous warehouse experience or materials handling expertise is beneficial. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
