Nuada Law is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Employment Lawyer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on various employment-related matters. This role requires excellent negotiation, research, and writing skills, as well as proficiency in legal drafting. The Employment Lawyer will work closely with clients to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, advocate for their rights, and resolve disputes effectively. Nuada Law integrates AI-powered legal tools into workflows to streamline workflow. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a practice that embraces innovation while maintaining a strong commitment to quality advocacy.

Responsibilities



Provide expert legal advice on employment law issues, including workplace discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage disputes. Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and case law to support client cases. Draft legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to resolve disputes efficiently when possible. Represent clients in administrative hearings and court proceedings as necessary. Stay updated on changes in employment law to provide accurate guidance to clients. Collaborate with other legal professionals and network to build clientele.

Requirements



Must be licensed by the LSO. Must have three or more years of employment law experience. Strong research skills with proficiency in legal research tools. Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and persuasive legal documents. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
