What You'll Do



As a permanent Full Time Employment Consultant, you'll play a key role in guiding individuals toward their career goals and connecting them with the right opportunities. Your day-to-day will include:

Building strong relationships with clients and employers Assessing employment and training needs, and developing personalized Service Plans Facilitating engaging workshops and providing one-on-one support Managing case files and completing required documentation Collaborating with local training providers and community partners Coordinating job placements and advocating for client success

Position Details



Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (with occasional evenings and weekends, depending on client needs) Training: Comprehensive onboarding and ongoing professional development opportunities

Requirements and Qualifications



Have a College Diploma in a Human/Social Services or Business field, with a Career Practitioner/Job Development certificate an asset Have a minimum 1-year experience in a related field Be proficient in MS Office and be familiar with databases Access to reliable transportation, as some travel may be required Ability to manage exposure to vicarious traumatic stress
