What You'll Do
As a permanent Full Time Employment Consultant, you'll play a key role in guiding individuals toward their career goals and connecting them with the right opportunities. Your day-to-day will include:
Building strong relationships with clients and employers
Assessing employment and training needs, and developing personalized Service Plans
Facilitating engaging workshops and providing one-on-one support
Managing case files and completing required documentation
Collaborating with local training providers and community partners
Coordinating job placements and advocating for client success
Position Details
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (with occasional evenings and weekends, depending on client needs)

Salary: Starting at $47,288/year

Requirements and Qualifications
Have a College Diploma in a Human/Social Services or Business field, with a Career Practitioner/Job Development certificate an asset
Have a minimum 1-year experience in a related field
Be proficient in MS Office and be familiar with databases
Access to reliable transportation, as some travel may be required
Ability to manage exposure to vicarious traumatic stress
Start date: as soon as possible
