A typical day for the Employer Services Representative
Provide client service to participating pension plan employers throughout Alberta
Assist employers by providing support for submission of routine complex pension information
Ensure that employers comply with all the pension rules and regulations regarding the submission and processing of pension information
Establish and maintain strong relationships with employers to ensure high client satisfaction
Provide excellent client service by ensuring incoming phone calls and written enquires are addressed in a timely manner
Organize and follow up on expected or outstanding employer and member related requests
What you bring
Completed certificate or diploma (in business or finance is desirable)
2-5 years of work experience in a business or financial institution where calculations are performed, policies and procedures are followed, and a client focus exists
Knowledge of pension legislation and policies, pension benefits and plans
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Strong client service, analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent organizational and time management skills
An in-depth working knowledge of the Compass pension administration system, including the Employer Portal, Ariel, Admin Portal, and CRM is an asset
1-2 years contact centre experience is an asset
