The Employee Services Team Lead is a key player in delivering Tier 1 support to our employees globally. Providing front line supervision to our services team, the Team Lead sets priorities, distributes work and plans with the other services leads to ensure 24 / 7 coverage.

The Lifecycle Team Lead is a key player in delivering an efficient HR administration service including coordinating / prioritizing the team\'s daily activities, identifying and driving process improvements, and developing the team.

The role serves as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for key stakeholders on the Hire to Retire process / Moments in addition to investing in managing the team, development interventions, training and resource planning. The team transacts a large volume of work daily and the team lead makes work fun by clear prioritization and communication.

This role is based out of Florenceville, NB and the successful candidate must be able to commute when required.

How You Will Add Value:
Team Management

  • Manage the daily operations of the Employee Lifecycle Specialist group including setting priorities, distributing day to day work and escalations
  • Bring alive the Performance@McCain activities including always on development conversations, End Year review discussions and agile Objective setting for the team
  • Active participation in team resourcing, engagement & recognition activities
  • Always on coaching by reviewing cases and providing on the spot feedback to the team to deliver a high quality / delightful customer experience
Operations
  • Build a culture of high data integrity and quality within the team supporting processes for our core HRIS and Case Management system
  • Report and monitor relevant HR Services / Employee Experience metrics for the region
  • Leverage data analytics to drive continuous improvements across process and systems
  • Subject matter expert and capability lead for the team on Process, policies and regulations
  • Support critical projects within the Employee Experiences center
About You:
  • 3 years of experience in a HR and/or HR Shared Service environment
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum of 2-3 years\' experience in people management
  • Proficient experience with HR Systems including SAP, Success Factors and Service Now preferred.
  • Strong relationship management, communications, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with multi-tasking and clear prioritization
