The Employee Services Team Lead is a key player in delivering Tier 1 support to our employees globally. Providing front line supervision to our services team, the Team Lead sets priorities, distributes work and plans with the other services leads to ensure 24 / 7 coverage.
The Lifecycle Team Lead is a key player in delivering an efficient HR administration service including coordinating / prioritizing the team\'s daily activities, identifying and driving process improvements, and developing the team.
The role serves as a subject matter expert and first point of contact for key stakeholders on the Hire to Retire process / Moments in addition to investing in managing the team, development interventions, training and resource planning. The team transacts a large volume of work daily and the team lead makes work fun by clear prioritization and communication.
This role is based out of Florenceville, NB and the successful candidate must be able to commute when required.
