Employee Experience Specialist

on a temporary basis (term up to 12 months).

What you'll do:



Influence the design, rollout, and sustainment of talent programs at all phases of the employee lifecycle, ultimately elevating the employee experience across the CRS. Support internal teams on the implementation and execution of organizational wide employee experience programs and initiatives. Review tools and identify opportunities for updates, sourcing vendors to enable the continuous execution of the program and meet evolving needs. Research emerging trends in employee experience and talent programs, using insights to inform recommendations that evolve CRS strategy.

Who you'll work with:



You will be one of four Employee Experience Specialists and will report to the Manager, Employee Experience. This team supports the development of programs and tools to deliver a consistent, community-driven, and purpose-led employee experience. You will collaborate often with stakeholders across our People & Culture business unit in areas including Talent Acquisition, HR Systems, Learning & Development, among others.

Who you are:



You are looking for a career in human resources and :


Have a minimum of 3-6 years of HR experience in at least two of the following areas: + Learning and Development
+ Talent Acquisition
+ Talent Management
+ Employee Experience
+ Workforce Planning
Have a bachelor's degree in business, preferably majoring in HR. Possess a CPHR Designation (considered an asset).
