Job Summary




Reporting to the Manager of Organizational Development (OD) and Change, the Employee Experience Coordinator will play a key role in delivering initiatives that enhance engagement and strengthen organizational culture. From corporate orientation to employee recognition, from engagement surveys to large-scale events, you will plan experiences that celebrate our people and foster collaboration, belonging, and well-being.

Qualifications



Post-secondary degree/diploma in Organizational Development, HR, Communications, or Marketing (preferred). 3+ years of experience in event coordination and communications. Excellent planning, problem-solving, time management, analytical skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and thrive under tight deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for clear, creative communication. A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for creating positive employee experiences. Strong relationship-building skills and a client-focused approach across all levels of an organization. Energetic and proactive, with a genuine passion for creating great employee experiences. Exceptional communication skills--written, verbal, listening, and presentation. Proficiency in MS Office and Office 365. Experience in healthcare or inter-professional service environments (preferred).

Primary Responsibilities



Create memorable employee experiences through events like service recognition celebrations, forums, and engagement experiences. Write clear, inspiring communications that connect employees to Southlake's priorities. Support learning programs by preparing materials, managing supplies, sending pre- and post-work, and tracking participant progress. Coordinate leadership development, engagement, and recognition programs from start to finish. Keep everything running smoothly by managing the OD calendar, schedules, and key deadlines. Keep employees informed by managing the OD inbox, intranet pages, and microsites. Gather feedback, analyze data, and evaluate program success to drive meaningful enhancements.
