What it\xe2\x80\x99s like to be a Northbridge Employee Events & Initiatives ConsultantReporting in to our Downtown Toronto office, the Employee Events & Initiatives Consultant will be responsible for managing in-person and virtual employee social events (national and local), corporate events, and corporate social responsibility events. The successful candidate will be supporting the Corporate Social Responsibility portfolio which will include managing projects, employee volunteering, donation matching, and tax reporting.We are looking for an expert in planning, managing, and executing key initiatives that will engage employees not only in our Toronto office but across all offices in the country!We want your talent!If you are great at:Planning, managing, and running national employee events, corporate events, and corporate social responsibility eventsSourcing prizes for employee events and campaignsSupporting corporate social responsibility portfoliosManaging event budgetsWorking in collaboration with Social Committee members across the country to ensure national consistency across all officesActing as a main point of contact for team sponsorship opportunitiesIf you have:7+ years of experience in event planning, with a focus on employee eventsExcellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skillsExperience developing and executing employee events in both a virtual and in-person environmentStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.We really mean it when we say we put you first.
