Les transactions dans le cadre des r\xc3\xa9gimes d\'employ\xc3\xa9s comprennent les achats et les ventes d\'options d\'achat d\'actions, les \xc3\xa9missions connexes, les achats et les allocations de r\xc3\xa9gimes d\'achat d\'actions, etc.Voici quelques-unes de vos principales responsabilit\xc3\xa9s :Traiter les transactions des participants/clients \xc3\xa0 l\'appui des transactions li\xc3\xa9es aux r\xc3\xa9gimes d\'employ\xc3\xa9s, y compris, mais sans s\'y limiter :

  • Traitement quotidien du r\xc3\xa8glement des preuves
  • Traitement des d\xc3\xa9caissements
  • Suivi des entr\xc3\xa9es de tr\xc3\xa9sorerie
  • Examiner/lib\xc3\xa9rer les virements clients
  • Surveiller les transactions sur le march\xc3\xa9
  • Traiter les transactions par lots
  • Traitement quotidien du r\xc3\xa8glement des actions
Examiner/effacer les \xc3\xa9l\xc3\xa9ments d\'exception li\xc3\xa9s aux transactions rejet\xc3\xa9es, aux conditions hors de preuve, aux liquidit\xc3\xa9s/actions vieillissantes et aux demandes des clients, y compris, mais sans s\'y limiter :
  • Surveiller les rejets d\'\xc3\xa9mission
  • Solde des comptes de pr\xc3\xaate-nom
  • Lier l\'activit\xc3\xa9 commerciale quotidienne
  • Surveiller les rejets de d\xc3\xa9caissements quotidiens
  • Rapprochement de fin de journ\xc3\xa9e de toutes les entr\xc3\xa9es de tr\xc3\xa9sorerie
  • Surveiller les comptes de trading

The guidelines include successful delivery within agreed timeframes and quality standards.The Employee Equity Plan Specialist is also expected to work collaboratively across teams both within the same department and other internal CPU partners, supporting continuous improvement and project related activity related to the role.If you are interested in a role with a company that is a global leader in stakeholder communications where you can truly help people, this is the position for you!A role you will loveAs an EEP Specialist, you will be responsible for processing Employee Equity Plans transactions for Discretionary & Contributory Employee Plans based upon client requirements in a timely and accurate manner. Employee Plans transactions include Stock Options purchases / sales, related issuances, ESPP Purchases/Allocations, etc.Some of your key responsibilities will include:Process participant/client transactions in support of Employee Plans transactions including but not limited to:
  • Daily Proof Settlement Processing
  • Disbursement Processing
  • Incoming Cash monitoring
  • Review/Release Client Wires
  • Monitor market transactions
  • Process Batch Trades
  • Daily Share Settlement Processing
Review/clear exception items related to rejected transactions, out-of-proof conditions, aged cash/share items and client inquiries including but not limited to:
  • Monitor Issuance Rejects
  • Balance Nominee Accounts
  • Tie out daily Trade Activity
  • Monitor Daily Disbursement Rejects
  • End of Day Reconciliation of all Incoming Cash
  • Monitor Trading Accounts
  • Research & Resolve aged items, partner with Reconciliation Team
