Employee Benefits Advisor
to help us grow and grow with us. Backed by a hands-on sales leadership team, you'll get direct support to win deals and not just pressure to hit numbers.
This is a full-cycle outbound sales role. Yes, there's hustle and targets, but we provide the leads, tools, and expert support. You'll thrive here if you love to hunt, are comfortable on the phone, and are focused on quality conversations that lead to real opportunity.

What You'll Do
Own the sales process from first contact to close, focusing on mid-sized employers
Leverage qualified appointments booked by our Inside Sales team
Work qualified leads provided by PACE by making outbound calls, set meetings, and build a healthy pipeline
Partner with sales leadership to strategize, pitch, and close opportunities
Conduct virtual and in-person meetings to understand client needs and recommend tailored benefit and retirement solutions
Work closely with the Account Management team after the sale to ensure a smooth client transition, while staying engaged to support and oversee that commitments made to clients are fulfilled.
Track your pipeline, activity, and sales results using our CRM and during weekly sales check-ins
Represent PACE with confidence and professionalism in all meetings and presentations
What We're Looking For
2-4 years of B2B sales experience with a strong outbound track record
LLQP license (or in progress)
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
A hunter mentality - driven, persistent, and confident making outbound calls
Strong presentation and communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
