About The Role
Your office is actually a stunning showroom that showcases our best work.
Clients may be home owners, builders, design firms or architects with whom you'll meet virtually or in-person. You'll have direct contact with everyone working on your projects through transparent project management tools, organized touchpoints and impromptu conversations.
Complete the sales & design process according to Internal Xanadu processes, which may change from time to time
Represent the team and Xanadu brand according to the Xanadu values
Complete client conversations and selection processes according to pre-arranged timelines
Prepare full cabinetry production package set as defined by Xanadu processes and according to project timelines
Collaborate with team members to adjust schedules when external conditions change
Attend team and client meetings to assist with interior and exterior layouts, scale and architectural style and material & fixture selections
Design while considering client resources
Offer additional design suggestions openly and transparently
Manage conversations with clients about budget, scope and timelines
Source and/or approve alternate materials due to back orders or items being discontinued
Participate in Xanadu promotional events (Layers of Luxury, Seasonal and/or Sponsored events, etc.)
Assist other team members when time permits
Participate in staging homes for professional photo shoots
Work through design details and liaise with clients, team members and suppliers, as required, to ensure productive and successful project completion
Attention to detail, timelines and completeness of information for efficient and effective communication with team members. This can include reviewing various contract documents and providing responses.

Experience/Education:
? Proficiency with AutoCAD, Chief Architect, Google & Smartsheet are considered assets.
- Experience with some project management, office communication and design/drafting tools is required.
? This role is intended for a designer early in their career, willing to learn and grow. You are expected to bring a passion and skill for design and we will teach you the business.

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
