Level 3 Early Childhood Educator

Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must meet the following requirements:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a licensed childcare setting Government of Alberta certification as a Level 3 Early Childhood Educator (no exceptions) Police Clearance with Vulnerable Sector Check dated within the past 8 weeks Valid First Aid and CPR (from an AHS-recognized provider)

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver rich, developmentally appropriate curriculum Maintain a safe, emotionally supportive, and responsive classroom environment Build meaningful relationships with students, families, and colleagues Document learning and track developmental progress with care and accuracy Ensure consistent compliance with health and safety protocols Participate in team learning and pedagogical reflection
