We are a professional embroidery company specializing in custom garment decoration and packaging. Due to increased seasonal demand, we are expanding our team and looking for dedicated individuals to join us. Job Responsibilities:

Embroidery Preparation: Prepare garments for embroidery, including hooping and stabilizing fabrics. Ensure all materials are ready for the embroidery process according to order specifications.
Embroidery Workflow:

Operate embroidery machines and assist in the embroidery process. Monitor machines to ensure quality output and adjust as needed. Daily Maintenance: Keep workstations and machines clean and organized. Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of embroidery equipment.
Job Requirements:

No prior experience required--paid training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Physically capable of performing light to moderate physical tasks. Candidates with prior embroidery or textile experience will be given preference.
Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly Pay: Starting at $18/hour (negotiable based on experience). Benefits: Paid on-the-job training to develop your skills. Opportunity for career advancement based on performance. Access to a private workstation and a separate breakroom for downtime.

Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM Located in Tsawwassen
