Overview

Join our dynamic production team as an Embroiderer / Screen Printer, where your craftsmanship and attention to detail bring designs to life. In this hands-on role, you'll operate embroidery and/or screen-printing machines, ensuring each product meets our high-quality standards while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities



Embroidery Production

Operate and maintain embroidery machines (Tajima multi-head systems). Set up machines with appropriate threads, backings, fabrics, and designs. Read and review design files for accuracy before production. Hoop garments accurately and efficiently for consistent results. Monitor embroidery process, troubleshoot issues, and ensure quality stitching. Trim threads, clean up finished items, and prepare them for final delivery. Perform routine maintenance to keep machinery in top condition. Maintain organization of thread and embroidery supplies.
Screen Printing Production

Set up, operate, and maintain manual screen-printing press. Prepare screens, inks, and materials according to job specifications. Register screens accurately to achieve precise designs. Mix inks to match required colors; manage and store inks properly. Monitor print runs for consistency and quality; make necessary adjustments. Clean, reclaim, and maintain screens and printing equipment.
Warehouse & Workflow Support

Receive and organize incoming shipments. Check inventory against packing slips; update systems and notify order managers. Stage products for embroidery, DTF printing, or customer pickup. Keep shelves, workstations, and floors organized, clean, and safe.

Qualifications



Who are you? You're someone that is flexible and able to fill in as business needs dictate - we're a small and versatile team within a growing business. Additionally, you have the following Qualifications;

Experience: 3+ years in screen printing or 1+ year in embroidery preferred (training provided if one or the other). Technical Skills: Knowledge of embroidery machines, threads, and screen-printing materials (inks, meshes, emulsions). Detail-Oriented: Keen eye for alignment, color accuracy, and defect detection. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or print quality issues efficiently. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift 35-50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks. Soft Skills: Reliable, positive, team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
