Embroidery Machine Operator/supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on

Embroidery Machine Operator

to join our production team. This role focuses on decorating garments and promotional products using embroidery and heat transfer techniques while ensuring consistent quality and on-time order completion. The position also contributes to warehouse and fulfillment operations when production demand is lighter.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable working in a production-focused environment.

What You Will Do



You will be responsible for turning blank patches into finished, branded products. Your daily work will include preparing machines, processing orders, and ensuring each item meets quality expectations before it is shipped to customers.

Production & Equipment Handling

Operate embroidery machines and heat press systems for custom patch and apparel production Prepare designs by adjusting files, thread colors, stabilizers, and garment placement Monitor machine performance and flag any technical or maintenance concerns Follow daily production plans and manage multiple jobs efficiently Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area
Quality & Order Fulfillment

Review work orders to confirm sizes, colors, quantities, and logo positioning Inspect completed items for appearance, durability, and accuracy Correct mistakes before items move to packing or shipping Package finished products and label orders correctly

Warehouse & Logistics Support



Assist with packing and preparing shipments Receive incoming inventory and confirm accuracy against documentation Support garment handling tasks such as sorting, folding, and boxing Help keep inventory areas organized and stock levels accurate Contribute to general warehouse duties during non-peak production times

Required Skills



Proven experience operating embroidery machines is required Experience with multi-head embroidery machines Knowledge of garment fabrics, stabilizers, and embroidery production materials Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent quality Ability to follow production instructions, artwork files, and job specifications Basic computer skills for operating machines Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
