Embroidery Machine Operator
to join our skilled production team.

As an Embroidery Machine Operator at Elite Promotional Marketing, you will play an essential role in our apparel decoration process. You will be responsible for operating multi-head embroidery machines to produce customized garments and accessories that meet our company's high-quality standards. Your precision, efficiency, and teamwork will directly contribute to delivering premium results for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor embroidery machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality designs.
Load threads, hoops, and garments correctly according to design specifications.
Interpret and follow production orders and embroidery files (DST, EMB, etc.) accurately.
Inspect garments before, during, and after embroidery to ensure alignment, stitch quality, and thread color accuracy.
Perform minor adjustments to tension, needles, and thread breaks to maintain consistent output.
Conduct regular machine cleaning and maintenance to ensure optimal operation and longevity.
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating embroidery machines (Tajima, Barudan, or similar commercial embroidery equipment) is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, thread charts, and design layouts.
Basic technical and mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting machine issues.
Excellent time management and teamwork skills in a fast-paced production environment.
Ability to lift and handle garments and boxes as part of regular workflow.
Knowledge of embroidery software (Wilcom, Pulse, or similar) is an asset.
