Position Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated

Print Shop Production Associate

with hands-on experience in

embroidery

and/or

Direct-to-Garment printing

. This role involves preparing, operating, and maintaining production equipment while ensuring every garment meets our quality standards.

You'll be working closely with our production team to fulfill custom orders, meet tight deadlines, and help maintain an efficient, organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain embroidery machines (Tajima 6-Six Head and Single Head) Assist with DTG and DTF printing equipment, via pre-treatment, heat pressing or garment finishing. Hoop garments, load designs, and thread machines as needed Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot common machine issues Inspect finished garments for quality assurance before packaging Maintain clean and organized production and work areas Collaborate with the team on custom projects and production improvements

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a print shop environment (Preferred) Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Basic understanding of design file types (AI, PNG, DST, etc.) Ability to lift boxes of garments (up to 40 lbs) and stand for extended periods Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn new techniques Bonus: Familiarity with screen printing, or vinyl application

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week
