to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining commercial embroidery machines to ensure high-quality embroidery on panels. This role requires precision, efficiency, and an eye for detail to meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor multi-head embroidery machines to produce embroidered designs according to specifications.
Read and interpret work orders, design files, and thread charts.
Set up machines, including hooping, threading needles, adjusting tension, and loading designs.
Inspect materials before and after embroidery to ensure quality and accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning, oiling, and replacing needles or bobbins.
Troubleshoot machine issues and escalate problems when necessary.
Keep accurate production records and maintain workflow efficiency.
Ensure proper handling of garments and minimize waste or damage.
Follow health, safety, and quality control procedures at all times.
Qualifications
Previous experience operating embroidery machines (e.g., Tajima, Barudan, Brother, or similar) preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify stitching or design errors.
Ability to follow instructions, read design specifications, and work independently or as part of a team.
Good time management and organizational skills to handle multiple orders.
Physical ability to stand for long periods
