Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, quality, and productivity are prioritized. Prior experience in an embroidery operation is required.

Duties

Operate various embroidery machinery according to safety and operational guidelines Ability to read in embroidery files to machines and set colours Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams Ensure all safety protocols are followed during operation Maintain accurate production logs and documentation Assist with material handling and inventory management as required Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations

Qualifications

Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred Knowledge of Embroidery processes and machinery operation Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Ability to read and interpret technical manuals or instructions Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed High school diploma or equivalent required
