Our range of products includes electronic controllers, touchscreen interfaces, sensors, air valves and many other supporting products that ensure accurate and precise airflow control. Our controllers are highly configurable, allowing for optimization of room and fume hood control.



Embedded Systems Design Assistant (4 Month Summer Term) - Antec Controls

We are looking for a student who is technically inclined, who thrives on new challenges, and who enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include:

Supporting product designers in each stage of the design process Supporting the scoping of firmware and software sprints Implementing firmware and software changes Performing and documenting testing both benchtop and in mockup rooms Analyzing and interpreting test results Supporting the release of firmware sprints into production

The ideal candidate for this position will have:

Enrolled in post-secondary education for Computer or Electrical Engineering or Technologist, Computer Science or equivalent Experience with software or firmware development Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, with an eye for detail A co-operative team player attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment An aptitude and willingness to learn new skills A high level of critical thinking and accountability Experience with C/C++ programming considered an asset Experience with hand tools and wiring considered an asset
