Embedded Electrical Engineering Intern
Job Description
Responsibilities Job duties may include: 1. Developing scripts and other software tools to enhance or optimize testing, reporting, or analysis. 2. Support for electronic hardware design including PCB design, and schematic capture. 3. Programming and debugging prototype electronics hardware in C. 4. Participation in design team meetings, including project and design review meetings. 5. Electronics prototyping including hand soldering and PCB rework as required. 6. Test plan development and preparing test reports. 7. Test execution, measurement, and analysis of hardware designs. Preferred Skills 1. Experience with different scripting language tools (e.g. VBA, Python, PowerShell, etc.). 2. Altium Designer or other PCB and Schematic development tools. 3. Experience developing C applications. 4. Experience in a prototype development and testing environment. 5. Experience in a product manufacturing environment. Qualifications 3rd year BSc. Student in Electrical, Computer, or Electronics Engineering. Job Types: Full-time, Internship / Co-op, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12-16 months Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour Benefits:
