The CompanyOur CPG client is looking for an Email Production Coordinator for a 6 month contract opportunity. This is a remote opportunity, with the option to work hybrid in their downtown Toronto office.The PositionAs an Email Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of email marketing campaigns from start to finish. They will be responsible for producing HTML, QA testing, segment creation, and launch/deploy of CRM emails and website banners while working with multiple in-house clients, within tight timelines, and managing revisions.- Coordinate the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including scheduling, segmentation, and deployment.
- Build and QA emails in the email marketing platform (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Collaborate closely with content creators, designers, and stakeholders to ensure email content aligns with campaign goals and brand standards.
- Manage email lists and segmentation to ensure targeted and effective communication.
- Monitor email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates) and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in maintaining email marketing calendars, schedules, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).- 2-3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing, with specific experience in email production and coordination.
- Strong proficiency in coding (HTML, CSS); experience with QA is an asset
- Proven experience working on email marketing platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
