Our client is a leader within the SaaS solutions loyalty and rewards space focused on increasing redemption and consumer loyalty looking for a Email Producer to join their team.Experience we need:- Strong HTML & CSS skills; and deep understanding of HTML design, specifically for email preferred.
- Strong understanding and ability to code responsive design.
- 2-3 years of prior experience with campaign management and email production systems (Message Gears experience preferred)
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, software coding principles, and design concepts
- Familiarity with CASL an asset
- Excellent time management skills
-Familiar with segmentation and customer targeting conceptsRole requirements- Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end, including planning content (template text, Subject lines, top text copy) and timing, targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization.- Code from existing templates-Code from scratch based on design mockups e.g. Photoshop, images-Be a "power-user" of company\'s current email service provider tools (Message Gears/SparkPost); build, test and send emails.-Manage the creation of segment-based email strategies, with unique content driven by events, customer profiles, behaviors and triggers.-Champion continuous advancement of our email features and capabilities including targeting, personalization, mobile template development in collaboration with multiple stakeholders: development teams, designers, and marketing operations.-Work closely with marketing peers to ensure seamless implementation of new marketing initiatives (serving as liaison between Marketing Operations, Sales, Creative and Development departments)Morgan McKinley encourages applications from all qualified candidates who represent the full diversity of communities in Canada.
