Email Copywriter - B2B Tech, AI Experience at BairesDev



We are looking for an AI-augmented copywriter to help us drive more revenue from email-driven campaigns at BairesDev. You will team up with growth marketers and engineers to not only create copy but also AI-powered systems that allow you to scale beyond what you can write. In this role, you'll work with world-class marketers to develop innovative and proprietary AI systems that drive business growth, enjoy plenty of growth opportunities in a flexible, remote-first, fast-paced environment, and collaborate with diverse, growth-minded teammates from all over the world.


What You'll Do:


Write copy and design AI prompts for conversion-focused emails, SMS, LinkedIn messages, and other supporting channels. Propose new experiments and improvements to existing assets and strategy. Collaborate on other AI solutions such as n8n and Make to scale outreach. Occasionally work with cross-functional teams to create other types of short and long-form conversion-driven assets including ads, landing pages, and webpages.

What we are looking for:


1-3+ years working for North American-based tech companies. 1+ year of marketing agency or in-house copywriting experience. Software background or knowledge, or has worked with software services or products. Experience in email marketing and conversion-focused copywriting. Intermediate prompt engineering skills. Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar platforms.


Nice to have:

5+ years of working for US-based B2B tech companies. Experience working for a software development, software outsourcing, or management consulting company. Sales experience. B2B Lead Generation experience. Advanced prompt engineering skills.
