Your Key Responsibilities

Expertly execute all phases of residential construction, including framing, drywall, finishing, and more Lead by example, supporting subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to the highest standards Tackle challenges head-on with innovative solutions Contribute positively to a high-performance team culture built on quality and professionalism

What You Bring to the Table

At least 10+ years of exceptional, hands-on experience in residential construction Extensive knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and advanced construction techniques A meticulous eye for detail and craftsmanship that stands out Consistent work pace, efficiency, and a commitment to quality Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude Own basic tools and reliable transportation Uncompromising integrity and professionalism

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
