Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary School Teacher to join our educational team. Duties

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards in subjects such as Math, English, and early childhood education. Create an inclusive classroom environment that accommodates students with disabilities and supports special education needs. Utilize various teaching methods and educational technologies, including Microsoft Office tools and computer-based learning platforms, to enhance student engagement. Assess student progress regularly through observations, tests, and assignments; provide constructive feedback to students and parents. Foster effective communication with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators to support student success. Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions among students. Provide tutoring or additional support for students needing extra help in specific subjects like Math or language skills. Maintain organized records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports. Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and collaborative planning efforts to improve instructional practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; early childhood education or special education certification is preferred. Proven experience working with children in classroom settings; experience with children with disabilities is a plus. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and computer skills relevant to educational settings. Strong organizational skills and excellent time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs and learning styles. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and community members.
