Summary

We are seeking an Elementary School Teacher to join our teaching team in a part time basis working alongside other trained teachers. This role is vital in shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning, aligning with our commitment to holistic education.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging curriculum tailored to the needs of students. Manage classroom dynamics to create a positive learning environment. Foster student growth through effective teaching practices and mentoring. Collaborate with parents and staff to support student development. Adapt teaching methods for diverse learning needs, including special education. Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. Integrate technology into lessons to enhance learning experiences. Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (required). Canadian Institution. (preferred) OCT (preferred) Experience in Canada in the Private or Public School System with Elementary Students . Strong classroom management skills (required). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required). Knowledge of special education practices (somewhat preferred). Ability to develop engaging curriculum (required). Experience working with diverse student populations (somewhat preferred). Commitment to continuous professional growth (required).
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
