The Position:



Join Digital Shovel as an

Electronics Technician

and help build cutting-edge modular data centers for blockchain and AI infrastructure. In this hands-on role, you'll assist with testing, troubleshooting, and assembling electronic systems while learning how to interpret schematics, follow production standards, and ensure quality control.

Job Responsibilities:



Soldering & Rework:

Carry out precision soldering, component replacement, and rework on complex PCBs and assemblies.

This is an essential skill that will make-up much of the position!

Assembly & Integration:

Build and assemble custom electronic components, subsystems, and systems based on detailed drawings, schematics, and engineering instructions.

Testing & Troubleshooting:

Perform advanced testing, calibration, and diagnostics on electronic systems and components to verify functionality, identify faults, and ensure compliance with technical standards.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operate test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, spectrum analyzers, electronic loads, etc.) as well as hand tools and precision instruments.

Quality Assurance:

Conduct detailed quality checks on completed assemblies and test results, ensuring adherence to engineering, manufacturing, and safety standards.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain accurate records of assembly activities, test results, troubleshooting steps, and corrective actions taken.

Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities to streamline assembly, testing, and installation processes, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.

Collaboration:

Work closely with engineers, designers, and production teams to ensure project success and technical accuracy.

Mentorship & Support:

Provide technical guidance to junior technicians/assemblers and assist in equipment maintenance as required.

Qualifications and Experience:



Power Systems Expertise:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a electronics rework and troubleshooting role or equivalent relevant experience.

Soldering Ability:

must have

strongsoldering and rework skills

Technical Aptitude:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills within an engineering environment.

Collaboration:

Effective communication and teamwork skills to support cross-functional projects.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
