Electronics Technician

with experience in component-level troubleshooting and repair to join our team.

: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Location

: Markham, Ontario

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair electronic equipment at the

component level

Read and interpret schematics, circuit diagrams, and technical documentation Perform soldering, desoldering, and rework on PCBs and electronic assemblies Use oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other test equipment for troubleshooting Conduct visual and microscopic inspections to identify defective or damaged components Document repair activities, maintain records, and follow established quality standards Support continuous improvement in repair processes and reliability

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field Proven hands-on experience with component-level repair and troubleshooting Strong soldering/rework skills, including through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components Proficiency with diagnostic tools: oscilloscopes, multimeters, microscopes, rework stations Solid understanding of electronic components, circuits, and failure modes Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team Previous experience in consumer or professional audio/video, IT, or telecom equipment repair is an asset
