SUMMARY



We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in supporting our mission to produce high-quality electronic products for various industries. The successful candidate will contribute to assembling complex electronic components with precision and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Assembly of units using PCBs/cables/metal work and following detailed Manufacturing Instructions, which can include soldering and mechanical steps according to schematics and technical specifications. Use hand tools and power tools to perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks. Interpret schematics and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate cable assemblies. Use of cutting/crimping machines Responsible to conduct 100% of work done following processes and quality standards such as IPC and ISO expectations. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot assembly issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all time adhering to safety standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process by updating mechanical assembly instructions. Re-working RMA's that come back to the facility Building of cables according to Manufacturing Instructions (M.I.s) which includes reading drawings and diagrams from the customer Performing tests at PCB level by following customer instructions Other duties as assigned through cross-training in other areas of Production

QUALIFICATIONS



Proven experience in electronic assembly or related manufacturing roles is preferred. Mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and power tools. Ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Fully fluent and proven capability to read, write and speak English Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment is preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS



Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment, which includes a certain degree of exposure to various chemicals and fumes. Work can involve lifting of materials and product up to 50lbs. Machinery operation requires the use of PPE and safety training to operate. Repetitive hand motions and precision work requires healthy joints and frequent stretching techniques.

SHIFT



This opening is on our Day Shift which runs from 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday with the opportunity to work overtime after 40 hours per week.

Those who apply should have their own transportation and be able to arrive on time. Bus routes are limited.
