Performs tasks assigned by physicians in the execution of electromyographs.QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceSuccessful completion of a recognized program in Electroneuraophysiology Technology and current certification with the Canadian Board of Registration of Electroencephalograph Technologists (CBRET) or the American Board of Electroencephalograph Technologists (ABRET).Eligible for membership in the British Columbia Society of Electroneurophysiology Technologists (BCSET) or the Association of Electromyography Technologists of Canada (AETC).Skills And Abilities

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, co-workers, hospital staff, and medical staff.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform tests at the patient\'s bedside.
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
