Job Description

We are seeking Journeyperson and Apprentice Electricians with Industrial experience to work on a variety of maintenance projects throughout our organization.

This position in located in Peace River, AB and will be 10/4 shift schedule. Contracts are casual with different projects, locations and rotations available.

What would you be doing?

• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings and electrical code specifications to decide wiring layouts.
• Cut, thread, bend, assemble and install conduits and other types of electrical conductor enclosures and fixtures.
• Pull wire through conduits and holes in walls and floors.
• Position, support and install equipment such as switches, relays, circuit breaker, fiber optic cables, panels, and fuse enclosures.
• Install, replace, support and repair electrical systems and related electrical equipment.
• Testing circuits to ensure integrity and safety.

• Have a Journeyperson or an Apprentice Electrician card.
• Valid and up to date safety tickets: Aerial Work Platform & Fall Protection
• Have a high regard for personal safety, safety of company assets and employees.
• Self-motivated, capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle strict deadline.
