We are seeking licensed plumbers, gasfitters, and electricians, to join our team and contribute to a wide range of construction, maintenance, and remodeling projects. Responsibilities

Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and systems in accordance with safety standards and blueprints. Perform plumbing installations including pipe threading, fittings, fixtures, and drainage systems for new constructions or renovations. Conduct gas fitting work such as connecting appliances, testing for leaks, and ensuring compliance with local codes. Read schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans. Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently on construction sites. Assist with remodeling projects by performing carpentry tasks, assembly work, and maintenance person duties as needed. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Skills

Strong knowledge of construction practices with experience in commercial or residential sites. Proficiency in construction plumbing techniques including pipe threading and schematic reading. Ability to operate welding equipment and perform basic metal fabrication tasks. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, HVAC systems knowledge, and heavy lifting techniques. Mechanical aptitude with understanding of schematics related to electrical systems and plumbing layouts. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting tasks. Experience reading blueprints and schematics accurately for precise installations. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site travel needs. Versatile maintenance person skills including remodeling, assembly work, carpentry, and general maintenance tasks.
