We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Apprentice Electrician to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal hfor individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical trade while working under the guidance of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical projects, learning essential skills and techniques necessary for a successful career in the industry.

Duties

Can do the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. Do renovation existing electrical systems to improve efficiency and safety. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively in various tasks. Work with low voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Support industrial electricians in troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.

Skills

Basic understanding of electrical concepts and terminology. Proficiency in reading schematics and blueprints. Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in electrical work. Knowledge of logic controllers is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also demonstrating strong individual initiative. A maintenance person mindset with problem-solving skills to address various challenges on the job site. Willingness to learn about low voltage systems and industrial electrical practices.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
