Job Overview

What You'll Be Doing:

Installing and wiring

BMS (Building Management Systems)

and related low-voltage control equipment Reading and working from electrical drawings, specs, and work orders Performing commissioning, point-to-point checks, and system troubleshooting Supporting site work within the Construction/Operations team Ensuring safe, high-quality installs that meet code Working with HVAC systems and digital control logic Collaborating with a crew that has your back

What We're Looking For:

Journeyman Electrician (Red Seal)

with commercial experience Solid understanding of electrical theory and control wiring Comfortable with low-voltage and control systems Bonus if you've worked with:

HVAC controls

,

BAS/BMS

,

VFDs

Honeywell Webs

,

Niagara N4

, or protocols like

BACnet

,

Modbus

,

LonWorks

PLC systems

or have any

IT/programming

background Strong troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license Clear communicator and detail-oriented Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to keep learning
