Role Description

We are hiring

Electrical Apprentices

to work on multiple projects inside our production facility.

Duties:

Read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and architectural drawings and electrical code specifications to determine wiring layouts Cut, thread, bend, assemble and install conduits and other types of electrical conductor enclosures and fittings Pull wire through conduits and holes in walls and roofs Position, maintain and install distribution and control equipment such as switches, relays, circuit breaker panels and fuse enclosures Install, replace, maintain, and repair electrical systems and related electrical equipment Install data cabling Splice, join and connect wire to form circuits Test circuits to ensure integrity and safety Install and maintain fibre optic systems Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient installation

Required Experience:

Registered Apprentice Previous experience as an Apprentice or similar role preferred Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently or as part of a team

This role is plant based at our 135,000 square feet manufacturing facility 20 minutes North of Calgary in

Crossfield, Alberta

, strategically located near a High Load Corridor which allows us to transport loads up to 9 meters high to many parts of Alberta, Saskatchewan, BC, and the United States. Our employees live in Calgary, Airdrie and surrounding communities.
