Job Description
DeSloovere Electric is small family business operating for over 10 years out of Princeton Ontario. We focus on residential work (new builds and renovations). We are looking for a skilled and competent employee who has at least 3 years experience. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Must be able to work alone.
- Accurately complete work assignment
- Interact in a professional manner with customers and co-workers to complete projects
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and present technical issues in a clear and concise manner
- Installation/integration of electrical systems to meet electrical safety standards
- Will be given knowledge of Ontario Electrical Code
- Install and connect power supply wiring, cables, conduit and electrical apparatus in new and existing buildings.
- Operate tools and equipment in a safe manner
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Requirements
- Organization/planning abilities to complete assigned tasks
- Strong written, listening and verbal communication skills
- Ability and determination to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner
- Self-sufficient, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid Ontario driver\'s license with a good driving record
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Woodstock, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
- Secondary School (required)
- Drivers Licence (required)
