Panel Upgrade Experts specialize in residential electrical panels and service upgrades, solar panel installation along with other residential electrical work. Panel Upgrade Experts is expanding and we are looking for an above average candidate. Residential experience is a must, and you must be able to keep a high pace to meet deadlines, while maintaining our high standards. Quality of work is of utmost importance to us, and we pay bonuses for top quality work and great customer service. You will be working directly in customers homes, completing a variety of panel changes, service upgrades and electrical renovation, as well as installation of residential solar electric systems, so competency in liaising with a client is a must. Candidates should posses the following attributes:

• Residential electrical experience
• Must be able to lift solar modules or other heavy items
• Must be comfortable working at heights/able to climb ladders
• Strong construction experience
• Strong communication skills
• Very detailed orientated
• Able to follow instruction, and perform jobs as requested
• Organize and maintain tools, parts and the work area
• Class 5 driver\xe2\x80\x99s license with a clean driving record (abstract will be requested)
• The ability to work with or without supervision
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment
• Own hand tools/Battery drill and impact driver
• Pass criminal record check

Assets

• Solar training and/or solar installation certification
• Solar installation experience
• Fall protection training certification
