Job Summary

Local, growing electrical contractor located just off the QEW in Niagara on the Lake is looking for a full-time construction and maintenance (309A) electrician

Qualifications/Requirements

-309A License in good standing with Skilled Trades Ontario

-working knowledge of electrical systems and the Ontario Electrical Code

-must be able to read and interpret drawings

-valid class G drivers license with clean driving abstract

-have all valid safety certificates

-good written and verbal skills

-dedicated to safety, quality and customer service

-experience in controls would be an asset

-ability to work as part of a team and independently

-willing to travel if necessary (includes premium)

-occasional after hours/weekend work (includes premium)

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial, agricultural and commercial settings. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations. Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively while adhering to safety standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly. Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions to ensure system reliability. Collaborate with team members.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $34.00-$39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
