About the position:
We are looking for a
Red Seal Certified Electrical Supervisor
to join our growing team. This full-time role combines hands-on leadership with project oversight and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the expansion of our renewable energy services.
Our projects span residential and commercial electrical installations, including solar systems, EV charging stations, and general upgrades. For the right candidate, there is significant potential to move into wind energy and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) work.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a small and growing electrical team (2-3 people) on installations, upgrades, and maintenance projects
Ensure all work is completed to code and meets safety and quality standards
Support the development and growth of the electrical division
Assist with training, quoting, health and safety compliance, and material procurement
Report regularly to the project management team
Help improve team processes to enhance safety, efficiency, and workflow
Perform hands-on tasks when demonstrating procedures or supporting team members
Qualifications
Red Seal Certified Electrician with strong residential and commercial experience
Proven leadership ability with experience managing or mentoring a team
Comfortable with flexible work hours and job sites
Willing to perform physical work when needed
Strong communicator with a collaborative and positive approach
Dedicated to maintaining high safety and quality standards
