Job Summary:

We are seeking skilled and safety-conscious Electrical Superintendent to join our team for few upcoming projects.

Responsibilities

:

Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site

Monitor project progress, ensuring efficient workflow

Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns.

Review and interpret construction documents, including blueprints, schematics and specifications

Oversee budgeting and cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle

Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure work meets or exceeds industry standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience in construction supervision or related role

Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques and materials

Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Effective communication and leadership abilities

Ability to supervise and motivate a team of construction professionals

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Experience in budgeting and cost control measures for construction projects

Knowledge of construction estimating techniques

Must have direct and demonstrable working experience on industrial projects.

Successfully managed electrical activities on projects, fully knowledgeable and experienced in the means, processes and methods needed to successfully construct and install site preparation work

Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
