We are currently seeking a hands-on Electrical Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a skilled and licensed electrician who has experience leading crews on commercial or multi-unit residential job sites.

The successful candidate will be responsible not only for supervising all electrical work on-site but also actively participating in installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks as needed. If you're a proactive leader who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation and maintenance activities on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards. Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate execution of electrical work. Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction. Collaborate with other trades and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members in electrical practices.

Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial/residential construction projects. Supervisory or lead hand role experience preferred. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, and safety regulations. Ability to work from blueprints and schematics with minimal supervision. Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration. A background in electrical systems installation or maintenance is essential.
