Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
Oversee daily service operations for residential and commercial electrical projects
Manage project timelines ranging from 1-day service calls to 1-month construction projects
Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of electrical teams across the Niagara Region
Ensure all work meets ESA standards and company quality expectations
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of licensed electricians and apprentices
Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing training opportunities
Foster a positive, safety-focused work culture
Coordinate and communicate project status efficiently with customers and key project stakeholders
Customer Relations
Maintain and grow our repeat customer base
Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency
Build strong relationships with home and business owners throughout the Niagara Region
Ensure exceptional customer service on every project
Financial & Administrative
Manage project budgets and ensure profitability (average project value $2,500)
Prepare accurate estimates and quotes for service work
Track key performance metrics and report to ownership
Maintain proper documentation for all projects and service agreements
Required Qualifications
Valid 309A Electrical License
Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical trade
Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or management role
Strong knowledge of Ontario Electrical Safety Code and ESA regulations
Proven track record in service management and customer relations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with both residential and commercial electrical projects
Background in developing maintenance and service agreement programs
Familiarity with the Niagara Region construction and business community
Experience with electrical estimating and project management software
Knowledge of modern electrical systems, smart home technology, and energy solutions
