Job Overview:

We are currently looking for a dedicated Electrical Project Manager to join our team. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting with overseeing electrical projects from contract award to completion. While reporting to the management team, your expertise will assist in the successful execution of projects within budget and schedule, contributing to the overall success of our construction endeavors.

Responsibilities:

- Review project specifications and blueprints of multiple trade disciplines

- Accurately prepare budgets and generate invoices

- Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met

- Collaborate with General Contractors, Clients, and other project Stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and changes are efficiently implemented when required

- Assist in the oversight of the construction process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in the implementation of effective solutions to keep projects on track

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and remedy any issues that may arise. Communicate ongoing progress and issues with the management team.

- Manage all aspects of sub-contractors when required

- Regularly attend project meetings both in-person and virtually

- Prepare detailed project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in electrical project management and managing projects ranging from $100,000 to $10,00,000

- Experience working effectively in an office and construction atmosphere.

- Ability to use/learn software such as Excel, Word, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, Procore

- Proficiency in the following software is considered an asset: AutoCad, Revit, BIM360, Procore, Autodesk BUILD.

- Proficiency in blueprint and specification reading

- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines effectively

- Knowledge of construction estimating principles and techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration

- A valid G-License and clean driver's abstract is required for this role
