We are seeking an experienced and dynamic

Electrical Project Manager

to lead and oversee complex electrical projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to ensure project success while managing cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in various project management methodologies and tools, capable of delivering high-quality results within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of electrical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services. Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation Ensure compliance with quality management standards and safety regulations throughout project lifecycle. Utilize data analysis skills for performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead project team management efforts by supervising team members' performance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Skills

Extensive experience with project management Excellent leadership qualities with proven team management capabilities across diverse teams. Organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of product development processes and product management principles is a plus.
