With Us, You'll Get the Opportunity To...

Perform electrical studies such as power flow, short circuit, dynamic analysis, and harmonic analysis. Model and analyze power systems using tools like PSS/E, PSLF, ETAP, ASPEN, and PSCAD. Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, and proposals. Collaborate with clients and project teams to meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Assist or lead technical proposal development for study opportunities. Contribute to FACTS and HVDC control system design, including STATCOM and inverter-based renewable generation.

Overview of Certifications and Job Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems specialization) P.Eng. designation or eligibility for registration Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in power systems and studies Proficiency with power system software (PSS/E, PSLF, PSCAD) Experience performing studies such as power flow, short circuit, dynamic & transient analysis Experience with Python Strong communication and critical thinking skills Familiarity with EMTP, ASPEN, and/or RTDS Knowledge of electrical protection and control systems Familiarity with IEEE, NEC, or IEC standards

BBA considers many factors to determine the annual base salary such as, but no limited to: market, education, relevant and demonstrated work experience, technical assessment, qualifications, certifications, and other relevant competencies.
