Reporting to the Site E&I Supervisor, the successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the electrical aspect of the manufacturing process and have a desire to develop and hone new skills, while seizing the opportunity to own their career and personal development.Responsibilities of this role include:Research, prioritize and plan work orders as per MDI processIdentify required materials and resourcesReview and audit completed work ordersCollect and action feedback from work ordersEnsure kitting (parts and tools) is correct and complete for the tasksCreate and update standard tasks (Condition Inspections, Preventive Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance)Create and update Bill of Materials (BOMs) in SAP (CMMS)Continually optimize and improve maintenance plansCoordinate with suppliers and contractorsProcess notifications on a timely basisConduct regular review meetings for overdue, unplanned and pending workProvide a safe working environment by assuring and enforcing strict adherence to all Provincial and Federal standards and McCain Policies.Lead and / or participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) investigations as required.Perform other duties as directed by the Maintenance E&I Supervisor and Maintenance ManagerQualification Requirements:The requirements listed below are representative of the education, knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:Licensed Industrial ElectricianDual trade Instrumentation Technician or Industrial Mechanic would be considered an asset.Apprenticeship program, technical school, or Associate\'s DegreeWorking knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel and Outlook)Ability to handle multiple tasks at one timeAbility to learn new systems/processesStrong planning and organizational skillsExcellent oral & written communication skills1- 3 years\' relevant experienceStrong analytical skillsStrong technical knowledge and skillsDemonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directedGood interpersonal skillsThorough knowledge of manufacturing operationsThis job description covers the basic functions of the job and is not intended to provide a complete listing of daily tasks.
