Ensure critical risks are identified in the planning process with appropriate controls accounted for so the work can be performed safely and effectively.
Lead the maintenance planning and scheduling of Drills, Shovels and mining electrical infrastructure such as trailing cables, switch houses and mobile generators. This includes the validation of work plans, work description, time estimates, proper SAP coding, parts ordering, staging plans, required tooling and resources required for the work.
Create, print, and communicate weekly work schedules, including maintenance, operational and project tasks.
Create, maintain, and optimize the maintenance program for all routine tasks.
Participate in defect elimination process, business improvement projects, RCM, and PMO review activities related to the area of responsibility.
Collaborate with execution teams on schedule alignment.
What you\'ll bring
Journeyperson Trade Certificate or Technical Diploma or Degree in Electrical
Demonstrated in depth planning and scheduling knowledge using a CMMS system - SAP preferred
Minimum of 5 years\' experience in mining, heavy industrial, processing, manufacturing or related setting
Ability to multitask and organize work with a strong attention to details
Good communication skills with team leading personality
Computer literacy - Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Project), SAP, Prometheus
Previous experience with P&H 320XPC Drills and/or P&H 2800 Shovels maintenance would be considered an asset
