What You Can Expect from Your Work Term:
An optimal work experience in all aspects of the Electrical and Instrumentation trades in a safety-conscientious environment
Assist in the troubleshooting and programming in distributed controls (DCS) and programmable controls (PLC)
Students will assist qualified tradespeople in their day-to-day activities
Maintain and installation of control equipment
Preventative maintenance, continuous improvement and process improvement
Qualifications:
Education Required: High School Diploma, enrolled in a 3-year Electrical, Controls and Technology program and in good academic standing
Available for full-time work from January to April 2026
Problem-solving skills
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
* Pulp and Paper or heavy industry experience would be considered an asset
